Janana De Malucho resumes operations amid improvement in market conditions
Janana De Malucho Textile Mills Limited has announced the resumption of operations with effect from February 26, 2026. The listed company, engaged in the manufacture and sale of yarn, shared the development in a notice to the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX) on Friday. “We are pleased to inform that the company’s management has decided to resume its production activities with effect from 26-02-2026,” read the notice. The company shared that the decision has been taken in view of the improvement in market conditions and “mitigating measures taken by the management with the objective of sustainable operations, enabling the company to recommence its operations”. “Also, the management will continue to monitor the situation for future course of action depending upon stability of the aforementioned factors,” it added. JDMT was established in 1960 as a public limited company. It commenced commercial production three years later in 1963. The company manufactures and sells yarn at its textile unit in Kohat, Peshawar.
